She explained all my questions that I asked so that I could understand.

Follow up took three weeks to get a report on test they had results on the next day of test. I called several times but never got a call back until I made an appointment to see the doctor which was booked up for two weeks. When they ask what I was making the appointment for, they call me back in 10 minutes with the test report. The verbal report was good but still waiting for the written report. It's been over 9 weeks. I guess I need to make another appointment!

I recently had kidney stone surgery from Dr K; process for in-patient procedure went easily, with all front office staff, especially Tracy!, being knowledgeable & assistive. Dr K did great surgery! However, several days later I was still in severe pain & went to office without an appointment, seeking help. The staff were able to fit me in to be seen by PA Maelynn; a big ‘thank you!’ to Sierra. This all occurred at 4pm/closing time, yet Maelynn returned to the clinic to see me; she went above & beyond! My problem was diagnosed & services provided to me. The staff at this office are extremely good & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I never saw Dr. S. Had to cancel my appointment. I had to cancel it several times. The old computer system kept picking up my appointment and sending me text messages about it. Hopefully this has been resolved.

Dr. S. is always professional and easy to talk to. Dr. S. seems to ALWAYS run late on his appointments. My appointment was at 4pm. I arrived at 330pm. Dr. S. came into exam room at 455pm. Checked out of appointment at 520pm. (And for what it is worth, there was one more person with an appointment time 10 minutes after my 4pm, and she was taken back to an exam room when I was checking out.)

Dr. Sathyamoorthy is extremely capable and is good at what he does. He always asks if I have any questions and takes the time to answer them thoroughly. I trust his judgement and recommendations. However there are some things that can be improved. The room where the procedure was performed has no place for me to place my clothes so I had to put them on the floor. The biopsies that were performed previously by Dr Saron were performed much more gently with more care for my comfort, and with far fewer after effects (bleeding and pain). Clean up after the procedure should have been more complete and personal, I ended up bleeding through my clothes onto the car seat driving home.

I have had a persistent problem with uti's and now I feel I am getting to the underlying cause for which I am very grateful.

We arrived at our appointments at 9:45. My appointment was at 10:20 AM and my husband’s appointment was at 10:40. My husband was called at 10:10 and I was not. I got up and asked why wasn’t I called. I was called at 11:30, gave them a urine sample and placed in a room. It was 12:45 when the nurse came in and told me that it would be another 45 minutes before I was seen. I told her that they were very inconsiderate because they should have told me from the beginning and not wait so long. I totally understand if the doctor had an emergency. However, having poor lack of communication makes me think twice about continuing see the doctor. I live 50 miles from the doctor’s office. I got up and went to the front desk and told them that I was checking myself out. I was very disappointed! It was a waste of my day!!

Dr. K is awesome - very informative, friendly, caring and easy to talk with. His staff are really great as well. It's the waiting room time that is a killer, plus the paperwork. I wish they had an on-line form I could fill out, and if they do, I was not told when the appointment was made. I realize that unforeseen circumstances arise from time-to-time, but an hour and a half seems a bit much. Will still remain a faithful patient though, he's a great urologist.

The Doctor was approachable, and listened to me and was open to my needs as a patient and being my first visit with him I liked and respected his approach and knowledge. My concern was they were late-not a few minutes late but egregiously late. My appointment was at 1:30- I was not seen until 3:17. It caused me to be late at my job, I am a medical professional as well however being 2 hours and 17 minutes behind is a little concerning and with my employer and overall unacceptable. Be on time if an appointment is required for a visit.

Waited a little bit but the prostate biopsy procedure went well. Dr Sathyamoorthy painlessly and efficiently completed my biopsy in just a few minutes with minimal discomfort. I am very pleased having him as my urologist.

I called on Tuesday at 10:12a and described my urination situation. My UTI was back. The PA arranged to see me at 1:20p the same day I was very surprised and pleased. At the consultation the sample confirmed the UTI was back after 3 weeks on an antibiotic. The PA prescribed a stronger 2 week course I started immediately. I could not have received better care and a forward plan I believe in. My discomfort is slowly improving after 2 days.

First time visiting you guys and nothing but good things from the beginning and of course, Dr Sathyamoorthy was great, he explained to me in detail what needs to be done from here on.

The wait is too long

Appointment was at 8:50am but had to wait over an hour. Check in receptionist could have asked if I was a new patient and given me paperwork. She did not tell me to pay her I just followed another patient’s lead. Receptionist needs coaching on interpersonal skills and willingness to help. Sharon was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Dishman was very friendly and understanding. She took the time to treat me as a person not just as in number when she inserted the catheter she was very gentle and there was no pain. When my home health nurse comes to my home it is always painful and done in a “must get this job done “nature. Also, I don’t believe my home health nurse ever uses a lubricant, causing it to be very painful. I will request a different Home Health Care nurse.

The office is very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that I waited over an hour to be called back to get into a room and then it was another hour before the doctor saw me. I waited 2 hours past my allotted appointment time in order to be seen for no more than 10 minutes. Dr. Sathyamoorthy is a wonderful doctor but having his patients wait that long needs to be fixed.

Dr. S is great - professional, knowledgeable and personable. A two hour wait time for five minutes with the doctor was a bit ridiculous. Will book AM appointments in the future.

The Dr. Was amazing he gave us the information we needed and explained to us what the previous Dr. Had done. He also made my husband feel at ease and answered all our questions. He treated us like people and did not rush us through like cattle. Very good first impression!

I have found Dr. Sathyamoorthy to be an excellent Urologists and skilled Surgeon. He methodically diagnosed my problem, thoroughly explained pros and cons of each option, and successfully followed through. The only slight downside is that because he is thorough he frequently runs late, so I'd recommend an appointment early in the morning and/or allow plenty of time for any appointment you make. I would certainly recommend him to others, and feel very comfortable working with him.

My very first visit with Dr Sathyamoorthy was lousy - he was over 2hrs late and seems like he spent less than 5minutes with me! To make things worse, what he prescribed didn’t solve my medical condition. I am not looking to love or be loved by my doctor as long as I get the help I need. I put off going back because their office wanted me to see his PA instead of Dr Sathyamoorthy, and I was thinking “how good could they be working for somebody like Sathyamoorthy?” so I delayed the return of a long time. Finally decided to return and all I can say is that Dr MaeLyn Dishman was/is the best Dr/PA, I’ve encountered. She really took the time to listen and explain some things I didn’t know. From a patient’s standpoint, you won’t find somebody as caring as Dr MaeLyn Dishman - she is the best!

Took WAY too long to get into see the Doctor. The office called me and said they had a cancellation and they could get me in at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm and was not called back until 4:15 pm.....I was very POed about the wait time and then another 20 minutes waiting in the room for the Doctor to come in. He was very good and I liked him, but the time was the down side.

Staff was courteous. Doctor engaged well. Had to wait over an hour without anyone stepping in to acknowledge the extended wait or communicate in anyway. It’s frustrating when clinics want people to arrive on time for appointments, but physicians being late is the norm. There’s an opportunity here to improve.

Every person I encountered on Dr. Sathyamoorthy’s staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. And then I met Dr. Sathyamoorthy himself and knew from the moment he introduced himself that I was in the right place for me. He asked pertinent questions and listened to everything I had to say, making me comfortable in discussing personal information. I am very happy with the treatment path he discussed with me and feel like I am being well cared for by a doctor who is truly interested in helping his patients!

I recently underwent surgery and had a minor problem. Ms Finkbine and Dr K addressed it. Maelyn is an excellent PA who takes the time to listen to your problem, analyze it, and do what it takes to resolve it. She is pleasant, respectful, and sincerely interested in your health. Dr K is an excellent urologist in my opinion. He performed my surgery and I had the best experience of any surgery in my life. From his office staff, PA, Nurse, and hospital team, I did not have any complaints. Everyone was very pleasant and professional doing their jobs to take care of their patients. Great group, I would recommend them to anyone needing urological care.

Had a good visit with Ms. Finkbine. She handled my personal questions in a friendly and professional manner; putting me at ease and also promising to follow up after consulting with the doctor on my questions. My only minor complaint is that I had to wait about 30 minutes to see her even though I was the first patient of the day and the only patient in the waiting room at the time.

I have no complaints about the medical staff. They are very good professionals. What I don't like about that office is the administrative handling. It is very difficult to talk to someone when you call for an appointment or a question. When leaving a message they take a long time to return the call.
